Here’s the Motion: Language & Application Workshop outline

Held in conjunction with Gavin Heward from Health and Performance, this workshop will be going deep into HOW to understand biomechanics & anatomy to achieve better exercise SELECTION & EXECUTION.

This is for both competitors and coaches in physique and strength sports. Resulting, of course, in more effective programs and outcomes.

Biomechanics and anatomy have remained murky subjects for many in the fitness industry but this workshop reveals some keys to making these topics super simple!

And also how they are related to other areas that coaches need a solid grasp of such as foundational physiology.

To quote Broderick, “it’s child-like in it’s simplicity”!

After a solid grounding this workshop focuses on hands-on and practical applications of biomechanics and anatomy as it pertains to exercise selection and programming.

Coaches and competitors will learn how to go beyond volume, frequency and intensity and get to the real key in bringing up lagging or weak muscles.

Attendees will also discover the art and science of off-season exercise selection and execution, to ensure PR’s on the platform.
