This is an Advanced Seminar and a basic understanding of the human body, pharmacology and training is advantageous but not essential.
This seminar is designed to educate attendees in all things strength, hypertrophy and pharmacology.

He has competed at a national level in bodybuilding, powerlifting and strongman, and has trained countless IFBB pros, olympians and athletes.
Rawdon is one of Australia’s leading online physique preparation coaches who over the years has developed The Dubois Method; a comprehensive, all-encompassing coaching style that sees a combination of the current evidence-based research, mixed strongly with his “in the trenches” real world, practical experiences.
He is a firm believer in practising what he preaches, bringing 28-years of walking the talk regarding strength, hypertrophy & body composition training to the success of hundreds of athletes he’s coached onto the physique competition stage or professional photo shoot.

Justin Smith is the founder of IronWarrior Strength. Conditioning. Performance.
Justin has a keen interest in Strength, Health and Nutrition.
He studied a Diploma in Chinese Medicine back in 1998 and trained in Medicinal Herbology and Supplementation.
Justin started to train Competitors for Competitions and has had a lot of success, turning 4 people to Pro Level with many others winning or placing in their respective categories.
He has recently completed more training and attained Certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
His focus is to help people enhance their health and educate along the way, whether that for Competitors or General Population clients.
